Cupidescorts.co.uk is an advertising directory. Every payment, whether this is for an escort, agency, or advertisement is for one calendar month.
If you begin an advert on the 5th of any month, the following month (on the 5th) your account will be re-billed for the same amount, regardless of the advertising package, and thereafter until cancelled.
Cupidescorts.co.uk is a directory only, and not an agency or service. Cupidescorts.co.uk does not take any type of payment for escorts and only takes payment for advertising.
Cupidescorts.co.uk is not responsible for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from the misuse of this information.
Cupidescorts.co.uk cannot promise the site will be free of errors, even though every measure possible has been taken to ensure the uptime of the site is as high as possible.
Disputes
If Cupidescorts.co.uk receives an alert that derives from its account provider that states a payment made by the customer has been disputed, where either:
- The advertisement has begun but has not been completed for 30 days
- The advertisement has begun and completed
The advertisement in question shall be cancelled, and the customer will be liable for the full amount plus a dispute fee.
The user shall then have their profile taken down from the website and shall be blocked from using Cupidescorts.co.uk for future advertisements.
If Cupidescorts.co.uk is dissatisfied with documentation provided upon request (e.g. for age verification), all fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full in no more than 14 days.
The contract between Cupid Escorts and the Customer
The contract between Cupidescorts.co.uk and the customer will become legally binding when any payment has been committed to by the customer, and these terms have been accepted (this will take the form of ticking checkboxes to signify that the customer agrees to the terms).
Each of the advertising packages offered by Cupidescorts.co.uk is for a set price and is for 1 calendar month. No other packages or offers are available on the website.
Once this calendar month has concluded, the customer’s advertisement will automatically be renewed unless you, the customer cancels within this calendar month.
If the customer forgets to cancel within this period and is billed again, the customer will not receive a refund, partial or otherwise. If the customer claims a dispute for this reason, Cupidescorts.co.uk will challenge this, and the customer will be liable for the full amount and a dispute fee.
Cancellation of all Advertisements
In the event of a payment being made for an advertisement which is cancelled by the Customer, or rejected by Cupidescorts.co.uk (for whatever reason), prior to being made visible to the public on the website, we will refund this payment to the original payment source in a time period, no more than 14 days.
Refund Policy
Cupidescorts.co.uk ensures that the website has an uptime of 97%. However, Cupidescorts.co.uk cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that the website is not updated in a timely manner or offline for a significant amount of time. Cupidescorts.co.uk shall refund all customers in relation to the amount of downtime.
e.g, 1 weeks downtime – The customer would receive 25% of their fee back
2 weeks downtime – The customer would receive 50% of their fee back
In no other circumstances would a refund be given. Once a customer has made a payment, and has been reviewed by our team, the advert shall commence for 30 consecutive days. The advert in question can be taken down from the site early, but a refund, partial or otherwise will not be given.
General
Visitors of Cupidescorts.co.uk agree to not use any information or material on this website in harmful or illegal ways as defined within these terms and conditions.
The customer is solely responsible for the management of their own account, whether this be an escorting profile, agency, and/or advertisements. A customer may only create one account on Cupidescorts.co.uk.
An escort profile or agency is limited to one per customer, however, a customer can have multiple advertisements displayed throughout Cupidescorts.co.uk.
In the unlikely event that this policy is not adhered to or strictly observed, Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary against the customer, these actions may include the cancelling of services (with no refund), and/or blocking the user for future advertisements.
By registering to Cupidescorts.co.uk, the Customer agrees that they offer an escort service for companionship only and under no circumstances offer paid services of a sexual nature.
Agency Ads
Any customer registering an agency advertisement with Cupidescorts.co.uk will ensure that all employees registered, work for said agency of their own free will. Cupidescorts.co.uk has no responsibilities regarding individual agencies and their employees.
Marketing Policy
The Customer agrees that Cupidescorts.co.uk has explicit permission to use any photos and advertisement information provided by them.
Social Media Channels (VIP ads only), such as Twitter, can be used by Cupid Escorts for the promotion of the Website (If agreed on account creation).
Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to post the Customer’s advertisement or portions of the advertisement on social media and/or in commercial email communications, or any other form of communication without prior notice.
Only information already contained within the customer’s advertisement will be displayed. Any information given upon registering will not be shared.
Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to utilise/use and modify for commercial purposes any of the customer’s photos without prior notice.
Media – Images/ Other Resources
The Customer agrees that they are the sole proprietor of all photos that are submitted to Cupidescorts.co.uk and the photos do not represent images of others.
There must be no third-party markings, watermarks, logos or text on any of the media that is supplied by the customer.
Should images be found to be in breach of the above, or be found to be (in the reasonable judgement of Cupidescorts.co.uk) obscene, or inappropriate we will remove them without warning and your account may be cancelled. No refunds will be given to advertisements affected by the actions above.
All material supplied by the customer will remain the customer’s property and the customer will be responsible. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the customer with freedom that it may be used without fear of breach of copyright laws. Cupidescorts.co.uk is not responsible for the content made available through the website, it remains the sole responsibility from whom (The Customer) the content originated.
Cupidescorts.co.uk maintains the right, at all times, to remove any images, content or information placed by The Customer at any time, without notice, if Cupidescorts.co.uk believes the reputation of The Website may be damaged by its presence.
Additional Criteria & Requirements
- Cupidescorts.co.uk will not advertise escorts under the age of 18.
- The Customer may be asked to provide identification and other information to confirm their identity and age if required.
- It is Cupidescorts.co.uk policy to age-check all advertisers aged 21 and under.
- The Customer is required to provide an accurate invoice address in relation to all payments.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to request, a form of verification of the customer’s identity, billing/payment information or images at any time.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any advertisement.
- The customer is solely responsible for any liability arising out of the publication of any advertisement.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
Cupidescorts.co.uk reserves the right to change or modify these Advertising Terms and Conditions.
Obscene words are not allowed in escort descriptions. If such words are entered, the profile may be published without a description or cancelled.
Sexual acts between persons, masturbation or naked genitalia are also not allowed in escort photographs, neither are persons who do not form part of the advertisement.

- We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims arising from Clients meeting with Escorts from this site. Both the Escort and the Client are responsible for their own actions at all during the date. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Escort.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk cannot be held responsible if an advertiser is no longer available on the email address or telephone number supplied.
- All Escorts or individuals who advertise on Cupidescorts.co.uk are independent, and no employer or employee relationship exists between the two parties.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk promotes Escorts, this website does not promote any sexual services whatsoever.
- By booking one of the Escorts on this website it is deemed that you have read, fully understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above.

- The Escort, must at all times update Cupidescorts.co.uk of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk agrees not to sell or distribute your personal details with any third parties.
- This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance by Cupidescorts.co.uk and shall continue until the cancellation of membership or your request to remove your details.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk has the right to amend the website at any time.
- You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring Cupidescorts.co.uk into disrepute.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk will promote your escort profile to clients who in turn will contact you directly.
- After registration, you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. Cupidescorts.co.uk also retains the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect should we deem it necessary.
- Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
- We Cupidescorts.co.uk stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever which may occur with an Escort, Agency, Client or all. All parties involved are responsible for their own actions during the date. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Escort.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the Escorts profile to Clients.
- Cupidescorts.co.uk only promotes escorts for the purposes of companionship only, we do not promote any kind of sexual services. The Escort should under no circumstances offer, promote, or accept payment for any kind of sexual services.
- For your convenience, the membership is automatically re-billed at the end of each membership period. You are able to cancel your membership at any point by selecting cancel your account within your membership, or emailing us directly and your membership and billing will be cancelled with immediate effect.
- If the billing doesn’t automatically roll over (should you cancel your account) then we will make our best effort to remove the Escort profile in a timely manner, however is the responsibility of the Escort to ensure that their profile and details have been removed from the website.
